John Andrew Kellock

John Kellock passed on February 25th, 2026, in Saint John, New Brunswick. John was the younger son of Dorothy and George Kellock, and brother of Kenneth Kellock. His family surviving includes Jolanta (nee Kliwer) with whom he shared many years, his children Jason, Jadwiga, and Janine, and six grandchildren.

John was sociable and enjoyed entertaining, music, seeing others laugh. His career included time spent in the hotel industry, real estate, and right-of-way negotiations with landowners for infrastructure projects. He loved to be “the Landman” and was always at his happiest around his family and others.

In his personal life, he loved the water. Growing up in Muskoka, Ontario, he spent many days on the lakes and rivers in canoes, power boats, and just about anything else that would float. His life and home was filled with stories of ships and adventure on the seas, mementos from trips to the shoreline, and travels around the Maritimes.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care and direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John, NB (506-646-2424).  In keeping with John's wishes cremation has taken place and private family services will be held at a later date.
